Harvest Prayer - As Jesus shared in Matthew 9, prayer is the most important way we can participate in bringing in the harvest.  As believers of all nationalities join together in prayer, we believe that God will faithfully answer by producing a harvest.

Ongoing Partnership Opportunities - Because we believe that servant volunteers play an important role in sharing the good news, we provide excellent opportunities for believers from all over the world to serve God and further His kingdom through meaningful service in the Urals.

Planting Reproducing Churches in Unreached Cities - Our heartbeat is seeing new churches formed that will reach out take the good news beyond their borders to neighboring cities and villages, forming new churches as they go.

Encouraging Leaders through Training and Teaming - Spiritual nurturing is one of the greatest needs of new church leaders.  By providing professional training and meeting personal needs, we can help these young leaders continue to grow in their personal relationship with Christ and become more confident in reaching out to their cities.
